Un peu plus de 4 ans depuis Essenciel, son précédent opus, et voilà que Zazie (la patronne) est (enfin) de retour avec « Aile-P », son onzième album studio !
Comme toujours pour Zazie, j’ai opté pour le format physique et la commande a été reçue ce jeudi ! Comme toujours (pour toute commande en ligne), le colis était énorme par rapport au contenu… Un CD assez fin, minimaliste avec 8 titres et 28 minutes d’écoute. Espérons qu’il y ai une suite en 2023.
Comme à chaque fois (depuis mon écoute de Pomme C de Calogero), j’écoute le tout d’un seul coup sans passer de titres (au pire, je les écoute plusieurs fois de suite si j’ai beaucoup aimé). J’ai donc commencé par les 4 titres que l’on connaissait déjà avec « L’EP » :
« ça commence » que je trouve plutôt original avec son début musical et la voix de Zazie ! Un titre comme je les aime ! Tout en progression dans le rythme. C’est un coup de cœur et j’ai hâte de l’entendre (et de la chanter) en live !
Le second titre est un titre composé par Phil Baron (son frère, pour ceux qui ne suivent pas), « Gravité » qui est une jolie balade avant de laisser place à « Gilles » un titre à la rythmique sympa à ne pas mettre dans les oreilles d’un enfant à qui ont demande d’éviter les gros mots (saleté de merde) 🙂
On enchaîne avec « Let it shine » qui a été le premier single de ce nouveau projet musical et qui a fait son effet par ce bon choix en tant que premier single avec de belles paroles sur un titre entrainant :

A courir après tout c’qui brille,
Quand on voit c’que ça donne,

P’t’être qu’il nous faut ça pour y voir,

Vient ensuite « Couleur » qui sera le second single extrait de cet album. Un très beau titre qui est un coup de cœur dont le rythme reste bien en tête

Je porte toutes les couleurs à mon drapeau »
« Lève-toi » est aussi un coup de cœur ! Un titre aux apparences calme au début mais qui progresse rapidement, un titre pour redonner un peu d’espoir ! Il a actuellement, à mes yeux, une saveur particulière positive.
Place à un titre calme avec « C’est con, c’est quand »… Une belle balade… Et comme souvent, qui dit belle balade, dit la présence de Phil Baron dans parages ! (Veilleurs amis sur Essenciel, J’envoie valser sur Zen, …)

On termine déjà cet album « Aile-P » avec « Là où je vais », un titre assez étonnant mais agréable à écouter

Bref, c’est sans doute l’album le plus court que je connaisse, mais il est de qualité. Pas mal de titres vont être sympa à écouter en live ! J’ai hâte que la tournée complète (grandes et petites salles) soit annoncée !
